But I've come to see all of it as part of the same progression. Learn. Operate. Own. Learn how to make better decisions. Build the capability to operate what you own. Then use your experience, relationships, and capital to own productive assets for the long term. That's the thread connecting the work.

What are we building it for?
I care about building wealth, building businesses, and owning productive assets. But I don't think any of those things answer the final question. My faith has increasingly shaped the way I think about ownership, leadership, resources, and responsibility. I want to build things well, own them responsibly, treat people well, create opportunity, and manage whatever comes from the work with purpose.
